5 Reasons to Donate to CHHOP

One

The Jan Peek House shelter, for single adult men

and women, is the only 24/7 shelter for people who are experiencing homelessness in Northern Westchester.  We have case management services to assist our clients with independent living.

Two

CHHOP’s Healthcare for Homeless Veterans program provides shelter and support services to those who have served. Working closely with the VA, we provide supportive case management services and linkage to VA medical and

support services.

Three

We are in need of: shelf-stable whole milk,

2-3 pound bags rice, 2-3 pound bags of potatoes, 1-2 pound bags of beans,  any  spices, salt & pepper, fresh garlic, fresh onions, bags of oranges or mandarins and canned tomatoes and/or paste. 


Four

The Turning Point program provides long-term housing and supportive housing to chronically homeless individuals with a disability. Clients live in their own apartment and receive supportive case management services.

Five

RISE is a collaborative program that provides housing assistance, case management, employment services and domestic violence support services to homeless families surviving domestic violence.
