Strong Demand Continues at Fred’s Pantry

Demand for food at Fred’s Pantry remains high. The number of individuals (household) who              came to the pantry jumped 393 percent year-on-year to 8,216.  The number of household family members who were provided with food  by Fred’s Pantry rose 427 percent year-on-year to 32,816. For those experiencing financial instability, unexpected job loss or food insecurity, access to free, healthy and nutritious food allows people to use their money for other necessities such as rent and bills.
